We understand that business owners have busy schedules, which is why we handle the majority of social media management tasks! Our ultimate goal is that having our agency be an extension of your marketing team feels like a massive weight is lifted off of your shoulders! The bulk of what we will need you (or one of your team members) to do, is content approvals, and be present at a monthly review/ planning meeting!! It's Important to note that for any given week, all of your content MUST be approved by the Thursday before the week it is set to go out. This ensures that there is enough time for edits of the content, and scheduling. We want to ensure to respect your time, and the social media account managers as well! For the HCC content, we just have a recurring task in our schedule to pop in once a week on a Thursday morning before we really get into the day, and review + approve the content - it always makes us smile knowing that content is all done for the coming week - and it's not even Friday!! #WIN! You can do this however you'd like to of course, but we do require content approvals ahead of time. This helps the process to be seamless for you and us! The monthly content planning meetings help this process be easy peasy. That's a word, right!?

We help you with various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. The main platforms we serve on are Instagram and Facebook as a starting point for all businesses! We will work with you to determine which platforms are best suited for your brand and social media goals. Yes, we can absolutely help with the set up of these - we love it! We can ensure they are all on brand, that bio's are all optimized, and that all of your links/ contact information is added correctly!

Of course! Every brand is unique and has different needs - and every brand has different goals for socials. After our first discovery call, we'll book in a proposal call where you'll be presented your custom proposal. From there, you can make notes on what you'd like shifted, if anything. We base our package recommendations on your specific goals - and then they can be adjusted from there.
For example, if you want more reels, and less static posts, or, more community engagement and less stories because you enjoy storying yourself, great! We offer customized packages to cater to your specific desires and needs - to ensure that you truly get the most out of hiring our team.

Our onboarding process typically takes 3-4 weeks before we're up and running, and posting on your feed, depending on the complexity of your project and the number of channels you want to leverage.
After you choose the package that best suits your needs, we'll send you over the contract and retainer fee invoice.
Once this is signed, and paid, you'll receive your onboarding intake forms - one is to gather your login information and brand assets, and the other is to dive into your brand identity, voice and learn about your ideal client.
Once we receive these forms back, we'll get to work on the back end connecting social platforms and setting up your client profile on all of our internal systems. If we have your forms back promptly, this process can all happen within about 1 week.
From there we'll book an initial meet and greet call with you (and your team), and our team leads + your social media account manager. During this call we'll go through your intake forms together to ensure we know your exact vision for your social strategy build out. On that call, we'll book in your final kick off call together - typically 1-2 weeks from this call time. Then we'll get to work on the build out of your strategy and initial posts.
Our final kick off call will be full of all the good things! You'll get to see the first look at your new feed and learn how to use our approvals system (it's super easy!)
Then, following that call, once your first set of posts are approved, we'll be posting - niiiice.

Yes, we love systems! We use Asana for our project management, Slack for our team communication and we use Loomly - a content management system for content calendars and communication with clients! This is also an app that can be downloaded to the client's phone for seamless and user-friendly content approvals. We take care of the schedule for prepping all content and planning strategies, so that the client's main job becomes letting us know upcoming events, sales etc, and content approvals.
We have loved using these systems and feel they really make the client experience from onboarding, to working with our team, very seamless! -
We use a content planning system called Loomly. It is the holy grail in social media content planning apps. Trust us on this one - we've tried MANY! Loomly allows us to create content for each platform the client has us posting on, and communicate with the clients directly within the system. It's extremely user friendly AND you can download it as a free app on your phone! Content approvals have never been so easy! Your social media account manager will get everything ready for you within Loomly - 1-2 weeks ahead of the intended post date - and then you'll receive an email or a phone notification if you choose this route - when it's ready for your review! If everything looks good, you can press the "approve" button and we'll get the notification that the post is ready to be scheduled. If there is something that needs to be edited, you'll flip the status to "requires edits" and note the edits for your account manager! They'll take care of the rest. And don't worry, we'll run through how to use this system with you before we kick things off! Please note that nothing will be scheduled without your final approval!!

During the onboarding process, you'll fill out a Client Brand Identity intake form which is really where the magic starts. This document will tell us all about you, your brand, your goals, your voice and all the things you'd love to see - and all the things that are a no-no on your social channels! We will then book a call with you (and your team), your specific social media account manager, our branding designer, and Shelby Hayle for a "meet and greet." We'll go through this document in full together so that we are all on the same page before we get to creating your initial strategy and content build out. Your social media account manager will then go back to the drawing board and build out a brand strategy presentation that aligns with your brand voice and your ideal client. They will also create content pillars and mock templates to ensure you like the vibe! We'll then circle back on a kickoff call and ensure you like what you see - usually this goes REALLY well! We'll take it from here for creating your week to week content, 2 weeks ahead of time - we're super organized, so we'll keep everything on track for you - no last minute stuff around here! We work to create a variety of content types including custom graphics, original content, engaging stories, and reels. We will also work to ensure that the content aligns with your brand's message and social media goals, to get your ROI! Don't worry - this is our job - we got you!! ;)

Having your own branded photos will absolutely enhance your social media presence and we do require clients to have at least one photo gallery for us to get started. We do have a banding photographer on our team, so you can absolutely book in with her if you don't already have photos - or feel free to use your own photographer! We also do branding mini sessions every other month where we give clients the option to pay a lower fee for a mini branding shoot if needed! Our social media management agency can create custom graphics, use stock images, or create original content on your behalf as well. We’re all about balance here, but generally speaking your potential clients will want to see you (and your team/products) on your social media!

Yes, we can use stock images if needed to supplement our custom graphics or original content. However, we always say that original, on-brand content is best! This really is 'the good stuff!' We actually have a membership to HauteStock, which is a paid membership for us to have access to really elevated stock images. Our team will ensure that the stock images selected align with your brand's message and social media goals, to make them work for you!

We create reels on your behalf by using existing video content or creating new video content that aligns with your brand's message and social media goals. Now, please note that this is a bit of a collaborative process! Ultimately we will take the bulk of this off of your plate, but your audience does want to see YOU and what YOU'VE built. We have two options for filming the content. 1 - You will book a content capture day for filming reels with your social media account manager and they will guide you through everything that day including coming prepped with a reels filming schedule. This is typically booked once per month, sometimes every other month depending on how many reels we are posting on your behalf each week. These sessions take about 1-2 hours of your time total, per session! 2 - The second option is that your social media account manager will send you a reels filming document before a new month starts. It will list out options for various videos to film for your content creator, and then you (or a team member) will record these videos and send them to the content creator for editing, and posting! This will ultimately depend on how hands on you'd like to be! We also optimize the reels by using appropriate hashtags, captions, SEO keywords and soundtracks to increase engagement.

Absolutely! Community engagement is a very critical aspect of any successful social media marketing strategy. Engaging with your audience - and those that are not yet your audience - helps to build trust. I can't tell you how many people I've met on instagram, and they have literally become best friends of mine - through engaging on socials - it's wild!
We use a variety of methods to engage with your community, including responding to comments on posts and videos, creating and participating in online discussions, and so much more. Our team will work closely with you to develop a community engagement plan that aligns with your brand voice and values. We help community engagement by responding to comments, and mentions on your social media platforms! We also like and comment on ideal client posts and profiles to help drive traffic back to your page. We’re all about driving more potential leads to you!
Please note that we do NOT touch your DMs as we want to ensure that your leads and clients are tended to with your specific reach out process. This is however, something we offer as an additional service if you'd like our team to learn your service offerings, and send links for bookings etc.
